The vessel is the Staffordshire figures. They are the embodiment of the maker and they can represent the audience to the stories. With Stoke being a place that makes pottery with the people being behind the statues, using them as a vessel to tell the stories will help tremendously!
My Nana used to make balloon ladies. These were them! I always used to love looking at her dresser and questioning which one she made. Every time I saw them I would then think of her! This would allow me to use the characters to transfer my narrative through they were the vessel.
